Skill and Relax Clubhouse
A while ago, I wanted to make a tudor styled exterior home. Somehow it ended up turning into a club venue. I may later edit the top story of the lot and change it to be a home. So stay tuned!

Description: A clubhouse venue. This was rather generically designed for a "getaway" style club. It's a place where members can relax and focus on the more artistic type skills and activities. With a few edits you could narrow down the purpose quite easily though. Features a bar, a writing room, a painting room, a large dining room and a relaxing sitting room perfect for curling up with a book or playing some chess. A grand piano and an open microphone too, for those who are musically inclined or wish to sing or work on their comedic skills. Also has a quite area out the back of the building for some yoga. Has plenty of space for lots of sims to have fun!
